On 15 March 2013 the Uniform Civil Process Rules 2005 were amended with respect to judicial evaluation proceedings in the Supreme Court and the Land and Environment Court. Consequently this application can also be created against the defendant by a claimant in relation to a counterclaim or against the defendant by a third celebration in relation to a Part 20 of the Civil Process Guidelines which is produced by the defendant against the third party.
